Perception. How am I perceived? Does everyone ask themselves this question? Does it matter? Is perception reality? Absolutely, 100%. Especially in sales and marketing. It may only take a single individual or an individual collection of people, but if you can change their perception of a product, service, or how they serve a marketplace, you can open doors to new business and new ways of thinking.
